Roger :

Part business owner of Total Car Care.

Fully qualified motor vehicle engineer.

Has been working in the motor vehicle industry for over 40 years and offers a vast amount of knowledge due to his experience..

Working in both the office and workshop environments.

Jay :

Part business owner of Total Car Care.

Fully qualified motor vehicle engineer. Apprenticed with Jaguar, The worked at Vauxhall Technical and finally Test Engineer testing prototypes at Millbrook Test Ground.

BTEC ONC--Motor Vehicle Engineering. BTEC HNC--Motor Vehicle Management.

Working hands-on in the workshop and liasing with administration where necessary.

Alan :

Total Car Care Vehicle Engineer.

Fully qualified motor vehicle engineer.

Our chief engineer in the workshop, expert in all aspects of motor vehicles and all makes and models. He offers a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge and is able to diagnose any concerns you have with your vehicle in a short space of time.

Lyn :

Office Receptionist.

Fully qualified for this position and was Personal Assistant to the executives for the Japanese company Yamaha.

Lyn will guide you through the formalities of booking your vehicle in for maintenance or repair without stress with her pleasant and friendly approach.

She will keep you up to date with the work progress and completion information.
